Sunglasses: Dollar Store!
Hello dear readers:) I hope the crisp cool weather finds you all  enjoyable. I know that since starting my blog I have not been a faithful blogger, but here is a quick post with pictures I took about a month ago (better late than never).
I am still trying to figure out how to take my own pictures (using a trypod and self timer), so some of my pictures might not be as great and clear as I would have hoped. Taking your own picture is a challenge. You have to zoom into the area you will be standing, set the timer, press the button, and then quickly run into place before the camera starts shooting consecutively and you start posing like a model at a photo shoot. And as much as I wish that the pictures would be perfect, or appear so on my small camera screen, most often out of the 100 pictures I happen to take only 10 will be blog worthy. Nonetheless, this is a great learning experience for me.

This is an ensemble quite typical of my taste. I love to pick out a favorite and comfortable  skirt to pair with a simple solid blouse and colored sweater. I found this sweater a a thrift shop a while back, and though it is a modern brand, and not vintage, I absolutely love the shade, and the style is vintage worthy. Oh, and least I forget about my most favorite pair of shoes ever (and most expensive)!! I had been searching for ever to find the perfect pair of penny loafers. I didn't really want black, though they are classic, because tan would go with more. I finally found a pair on the Internet, but of course they didn't have my size (and I am always scared to order the wrong size online). However, my sister and I went shopping at Tyler's one day and  I surprisingly found them there (I was freaking out as is common of me). The crazy thing is that they are Sperry's, but that is also great because they are real leather and very comfortable. So throwing them on with a pair of ankle socks makes hem the perfect addition to any ensemble.

Just some mushrooms waiting to get their picture taken.

And more mushrooms.
