My little ole blog with the ever lovely post Peonies Please was featured in the Independent Fashion Bloggers Links à la Mode for June 2nd. I love little excuses and opportunities to get my blog out to different readers and writers in the blogsphere so this was the perfect opportunity (check the ifb facebook page for more details if you are interested). Therefore, if you are looking for something to pass the time or want to see what other bloggers have to offer check out the posts below and see what bloggers around the world have been up to!

When I come to your blog, it is sort of a safe corner where I can enjoy many of my favorites, fashion and modesty, as well as Christianity. I did not read your warning, and I clicked the first link on this post, which was very far from modest. I'm sorry to say I'm a little disappointed at this; perhaps it is because I enjoy your blog so much. It is normally a very safe place for me to be off guard. I still do enjoy this little web corner, but I hope that I won't be so shocked when clicking a link on here.

That is so encouraging to hear you say that about my blog.....I am sooooo SORRY that you were caught off guard by that post! This was kind o a trial run, but due to the fact that I don't know what other posts will be chosen and that I am required to post the links on my own blog I might rethink doing this again. I appreciate your honesty!!!

Very cool bevy of links. Most of these are new to me and I've just enjoyed a lovely half hour or so browsing them. Thank you for the fun shares and inspiration!

When I read the first comment my heart dropped a little because now my blog post is the very first one. I clicked on the link to make sure it actually went to my site and reread my blog post to look for anything inappropriate, only it realize you had moved the original first link to the bottom so that no one would accidentally click on it. That's a huge relief since I couldn't really think of anything that would've made my post offensive and didn't want anyone to find my blog off-putting. Thank goodness it was all just a big ball of confusion on my part! Lol.

OH MY GOODNESS....so sorry for the moment of confusion and worry (I would have probably reacted just like you)!!! Yes, I ended up moving the original first post to the bottom just in case some people didn't get through the entire list, they might choose to skip that one. Your post was great.
