35 Free Sewing Patterns To Try In 2024

As a sewist it can sometimes get expensive buying patterns for project, and while I love supporting Indie Designers and Fabric Stores, did you know there are TONS of FREE PATTERNS online for you to use?! I have done the work for you and curated the ultimate list of FREE Sewing patterns that you can add to your project list in 2024!

Some things to keep in mind for these patterns:
  1. The Mood patterns do not come with written directions outside of what is in each pattern blog post, so if you are new to sewing you might want to try and find a tutorial online if someone make a sew along. 
  2. The Viki Sews and Grasser are Russian patterns so keep in mind that their sizing will be different and their measurements might be as well so make sure to read the directions thoroughly. 
  3. Many free patterns do not come with illustrated and detailed directions so you will most likely need to rely upon your own knowledge of sewing construction for some of these as you sew them.
